Hi, I'm Raffay Malik, a global e-commerce entrepreneur and product marketing expert. My core areas of interest are supply chain scaling, marketplace performance optimization, and developing customer-centric, conversion-driven brands.

With over five years of experience working in the United States, the Middle East, and South Asia, I have founded and operated a number of ventures, including the global home decor marketplace Aesthetix.pk and the cross-border sourcing platform Impactron. Whether it's refining operations, driving digital expansion through Meta/TikTok advertising or developing product listings to drive results, my work intersects data-driven strategy with creative execution.

I've managed global teams, managed over 500 SKUs across five continents, and enhanced vendor networks and logistics to cut costs and enhance delivery efficiency. At the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business, I'm currently pursuing a degree in Finance & Management, with continued hands-on experience with real-world impact.

How I Got Started in Ecommerce

During the COVID lockdown, when everyone was stuck at home, I started thinking, if people can’t go out, why not bring good design to them? That’s when I launched my first e-commerce store. I began selling home décor like frames, canvases, and neon signs, delivering them straight to people’s doors. Courier services were barely operating, so I packed and delivered most of the orders myself, sometimes in my own car, just to make it work. What started as a small hustle turned into a real business. And that’s where my journey began.
